First off, I am the WORST with working out. I just don’t have the attention span for it. Never have, probably never will. But since DAY ONE, Cody has been the most awesome, patient, and understanding coach/trainer I have ever had.
Every time something is off, Cody is right there with me trying to figure out what we can do to get me up and running again. There was a point where I was struggling to breathe after workouts (more so than expected for limited cardio), and he suggested it could be workout-induced asthma. Doctor said he was spot on. Got myself an inhaler and now I can actually do MORE than I could when I first started.
Aside from Cody being a rockstar, the CoPilot app makes viewing and doing your workouts a piece of cake. From reviewing past workouts and progress to taking a peek at the new week’s workouts, everything is pretty user friendly and just makes sense. Also doesn’t give you very many excuses to slack!
Watch charging but you want to work out? No problem. The phone-only workout allows you to complete your workout without issue for those one-off instances. You can’t track your metrics for that one workout, but the workout itself is logged and contributes to your routine.
Probably my most favorite feature of CoPilot is the ability to talk to your trainer anytime using text, but also having the ability to call 2 times a month. The calling specifically goes under-utilized sadly but it is incredibly valuable. The 1:1 setting is so personalized and focuses specifically on YOU and YOUR needs. You set the time, you talk about how things are going, what you like/don’t like, and your trainer is able to tailor your workouts and schedule to fit your needs.
I’ve been with CoPilot for over a year now and although I’m not the most consistent, my results still make me happy, and I’m sure they’ll make anyone who signs up just as happy, if not moreso! Highly recommend.
CoPilot has changed my life. I’ve never been able to make lasting physical progress because I’d always drop off a workout plan after a few weeks. I’ve now consistently been working with my CoPilot coach for a year and am feeling the best I’ve ever felt in my life. Not because of some outcome, but just the satisfaction of knowing that I’ve stayed consistent with a healthy habit transformation for so long. Thank you CoPilot.
I continue to appreciate my trainer; the variety of the workouts, the support I receive, the videos to help improve the movements used in the exercises. Santana is tremendous!
The feedback is always helpful, using the Apple Watch gives me detailed stats.
My only occasional issues are with the technology- which I’m not always very adept using- and sometimes there is a glitch with the software.But that’s rare. Copilot is a great way for me to stay motivated to workout.
Working with CoPilot has been great. It’s definitely not an app that just spits out a workout to follow.
One of the key things that make CoPilot a true winner is that you get metrics and feedback on your form and pacing from the pairing with the Apple Watch.
The other thing is the relationship you get to have with your coach. They tailor and build a workouts for you, not just based on some algorithm. They also work to enhance and help you reach your fitness goals that may exist outside of the app (like running a marathon).
Totally worth every dollar and much better for long-term engagement than a gym membership!
